Return and Exchange Period: Products/services can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Initiating a Return or Exchange: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after we receive your return or exchange request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
No Refunds: Please be aware that Syberbrigade does not offer refunds in certain circumstances. These include but are not limited to:
Digital Products/Services: Once a digital product or service has been delivered or accessed, no refunds will be issued.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Services Already Rendered: Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before the product or service is shipped or provided, a full refund may be issued. Once the product has been shipped or the service has been provided, the standard return and refund policy will apply.
